About the project:

• You'll join a product engineering team for a growing platform company in fintech and alternative asset management.
• You will act as a self-sufficient, trusted technical partner to Product Managers, helping plan, build, and deliver features.
• Bring together strong full-stack engineering skills, mentorship, and modern AI-assisted development practices.

What you’ll do:

• Own the timing, coordination, and follow-up for your assigned projects, working self-sufficiently.
• Partner directly with Product Managers on scoping, planning, and prioritization of features across the platform.
• Design, build, and ship high-quality code using Ruby on Rails and React, and mentor junior engineers.
