New Product Manager

Product Strategy & Direction: Define the product vision and priorities for initiatives across enrollment, learning experience, job placement, and revenue. Conduct research to understand student, partner, and internal needs and translate strategic goals. Convert strategy into requirements and user stories.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering and Data to align priorities, evaluate tradeoffs, and deliver end-to-end solutions. Design and run experiments to validate opportunities and measure impact. Build and refine product processes that increase organizational clarity and velocity.

Key Success Metrics: Define problem statements, success metrics, and target outcomes within the first 90 days. Increase the speed and quality of validated learning through data-driven analysis. Establish a predictable delivery cadence and demonstrate progress against outcomes.
