Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop a scalable, repeatable event strategy aligned with business priorities and pipeline goals.
  • Create an annual event calendar and build standardized playbooks, templates, and budgets to improve efficiency.
  • Evaluate and refine event tiering systems and success criteria to support smarter planning and growth.

Execution and Collaboration:

  • Plan and execute 25-30 regional field events and 4 corporate marquee events annually.
  • Partner closely with Sales, SDR, and Leadership teams to align on objectives, audiences, and outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related planning and execution across the organization.

Operations and Measurement:

  • Develop and manage event budgets, forecasts, and vendor contracts to support scalability and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee all aspects of event execution including logistics, registration, production, and onsite experience.
  • Define and track event success metrics including attendance, pipeline influence, and ROI, and lead post-event debriefs.
