Job Description

Design and execute programs that drive expansion, adoption, and retention across the customer journey. This senior individual contributor role combines growth marketing (accelerating cross-sell and up-sell opportunities) with lifecycle marketing (building targeted communications that drive adoption, retention, and renewal). This role is customer-centric, data-driven, and highly collaborative. You’ll partner with Account Management, CSG, Revenue, and Field Marketing teams to maximize account penetration and deliver impactful lifecycle experiences. Lead quarterly expansion sizing and design targeted campaigns to accelerate cross-sell and up-sell growth. Define and optimize the customer journey across onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion, ensuring communications align to each stage. Apply AI tools to enhance segmentation, personalization, and campaign execution at scale.
