Job Description

The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that business needs are understood, documented, and translated into effective technical solutions. This individual will be responsible for gathering requirements, managing project activities, writing proposals, and supporting implementation efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise software—preferably in IWMS, CMMS, or Asset/Facilities Management systems—and the ability to lead cross-functional project teams. Key Responsibilities include partnering with clients, translating needs, collaborating with teams, leading workshops, supporting proposal development, developing workflows, overseeing user acceptance testing, supporting change management activities, and leading small to mid-sized project teams.
