Job Description
This is a strategic leadership position focused on provider-facing products.
- Define and communicate the long-term vision for provider experience products, ensuring scalable, intuitive, and high-value solutions.
- Develop strategic product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, market needs, and operational capabilities.
- Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Implementation teams to translate product strategy into operational workflows and seamless product adoption.
The role requires expertise in SaaS products and customer empathy.
- Collaborate with Engineering leadership to prioritize investments, guide delivery, and ensure reliable, secure, and extensible platform experiences.
- Own product KPIs, including adoption, retention, usage, NPS, operational efficiency, and financial performance, linking product decisions to measurable business outcomes.
- Champion user-centered design principles, conducting customer discovery, feedback loops, and beta programs to inform product improvements.
