KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Document and distribute release notes and change communications for internal audiences.
- Coordinate and manage release readiness: confirm all testing is complete, environments are available.
- Propose and implement incremental improvements to the release process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in release management, software delivery, software QA and testing.
- Strong practical experience with work-tracking tools such as Jira and with Agile/Scrum sprint ceremonies.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
