Project Manager (Remote Opportunity)

Lead all phases of project management initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for DevSecOps related projects. Define and manage project scope, timelines, resource plans, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder expectations. Partner with technical leads to support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and infrastructure modernization. Track and report on Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) to monitor progress and identify risks early. Serve as the primary liaison between VA stakeholders and internal development teams, ensuring transparency and timely communication. Promote process improvements, governance, and quality assurance across delivery teams to uphold security and compliance. Coordinate with leadership to manage dependencies across products and align priorities within the broader portfolio. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.
