Business Process Analysis
Leadership & Delivery:
- Lead and mentor a small team of HCM analysts and developers while owning delivery of projects and support.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams covering configuration, development, integrations, testing, and deployment.
Functional Solution Design:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate HR processes into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Lead requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and UAT activities.
Technical Development:
- Design and build custom solutions using Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and HCM Data Loader.
Release & Continuous Improvement:
- Oversee release management and support quarterly Oracle updates.
- Identify opportunities to enhance capabilities and streamline HR processes.
