HCM Product Owner

Job Summary:

• The HCM Product Owner is responsible for the functional support, enhancement, and strategic roadmap of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• This role serves as the primary liaison between HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure HCM solutions effectively support business operations.

Essential Functions:

• Develop, maintain, and communicate the Oracle HCM product roadmap, aligning initiatives with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
• Manage and prioritize the HCM product backlog, including requirements gathering, user stories, testing, and release activities.
• Provide functional leadership and support for Oracle HCM processes, including payroll processing, employee lifecycle events, and compliance-related activities.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field required.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting or managing Oracle HCM Cloud applications required.
• Experience with multiple Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Workforce Management required.
