  • Configure and manage Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Compensation modules.
  • Perform data migration using HDL and create HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reports.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional role.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM Integrations and OIC.
  • Expertise in CRP, SIT, and UAT testing.

Work Environment:

  • 100% remote position.
  • Contract role based in the United States.
  • Collaborative team environment with focus on production support.
