Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service delivery across a multi-client portfolio, including onboarding, dashboards, and escalations.
- Serve as Trusted Advisor, conducting strategic planning and executive reviews.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years in service delivery, account management, or customer success.
- Oracle HCM or ERP Cloud experience strongly preferred.
