Client Delivery Director

Key Responsibilities:

• You will lead end-to-end delivery of client services, ensuring engagements are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• You will oversee client onboarding, resource planning, and staffing to ensure consistent service delivery across all client engagements.
• You will serve as the senior escalation point for delivery challenges, proactively resolving issues while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in professional services, consulting, client delivery, accounting, or finance leadership roles.
• You have strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
