Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on Core HR and Compensation modules.
- Lead configuration, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and communicate business requirements to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.
- Deep knowledge of HR and Compensation processes.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
