Position Summary:
- Seeking a Scientist to design, execute, and interpret multimodal genomics studies supporting external BioPharma collaborations and internal discovery.
- Hands-on role combining cancer-biology judgment with technical depth across multiple genomic platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end execution of multimodal genomics studies, including DNA methylation, chromatin accessibility, RNA-seq, and proteomics.
- Plan and execute single-cell, spatial transcriptomic, and spatial proteomic experiments with rigorous QC and documentation.
- Integrate multi-modal datasets using R and/or Python in partnership with computational scientists.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related field plus industry or postdoctoral experience.
- Demonstrated experience with at least two genomic modalities and NGS library preparation.
- Working proficiency in R and/or Python for genomic data analysis and visualization.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay range for remote USA is $101,400 - $126,700 USD.
