About the role:
- This is a 12-month fixed term contract with a salary of circa £95,000 plus benefits.
- The role is based in London or remote across the UK, with flexible working hours.
- You'll help lead Monzo's international policy agenda across the EU and US.
Responsibilities:
- Devise the team's international strategy and priorities as the business expands.
- Brief Board and senior management to ensure Monzo anticipates policy challenges.
- Partner with internal product teams to build features that enhance the mission.
What we're looking for:
- Significant international policy experience, particularly in the EU and/or US.
- Experience in policy, public affairs, or a think tank; financial services or tech policy is a bonus.
- Self-starter comfortable with startup speed and initiative-driven work.
