Senior Manager, Financial Reporting and Compliance

Demandbase is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting and Compliance to join our dynamic Accounting team. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Corporate Accounting and Reporting, this individual will play a critical role in financial reporting, statutory reporting compliance, and technical accounting. This is a high-impact role involving strategic collaboration across functions including FP&A, R&D, external service providers, and auditors, and offers a unique opportunity to lead technical reporting and compliance efforts within a fast-paced, innovative organization. This position will oversee the preparation and integrity of financial reporting, research complex accounting issues, drive statutory compliance, and support audit and investor communications. The Senior Manager will lead the preparation of financial statements in accordance with the U.S. GAAP for top management, the Audit Committee, and other parties as needed, and oversee US audit and statutory reporting obligations and coordinate with external advisors to ensure timely and accurate local filings. They will also monitor and ensure compliance with loan covenants, lead investor relations communications, and drive process improvements. The candidate should have strong expertise in the U.S. GAAP and technical accounting.
