Responsibilities:
- Test, repair, and maintain our shuttle systems at customer sites (including cold storage).
- Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance.
- Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Electromechanics or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in English and Dutch.
- Skilled in MS Office and Teams, eager to learn custom software.
