About the Role:
- Support the AI team building Grafana Assistant, Investigations, and AI observability solutions.
- Shape how the AI team measures success by defining KPIs, improving measurement practices, and guiding experiment design.
- Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data partners.
You Will:
- Partner cross-functionally to establish top-level KPIs, dashboards, and product roadmap planning.
- Define success measurement for AI-powered product experiences including adoption, engagement, quality, retention, and user outcomes.
- Guide instrumentation of product data and design experiments to assess impact of new AI capabilities.
