What You'll Do:

• Lead product engineering in building applications using TypeScript, React, Tailwind, Node.js, Python, Postgres, and AWS.
• Partner with customers, mission owners, designers, and product teams to drive outcomes aligned with real-world workflows.
• Grow and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture focused on pragmatism, velocity, ownership, and mission impact.

What We Look For:

• 3+ years leading software engineering teams, ideally in product engineering or AI/ML domains.
• 8+ years of professional software development with strong full-stack technical judgment.
• Strong product instincts and experience working directly with users and customers to ship better solutions.
