Manager - Outpatient Clinical Practices

Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of quality improvement initiatives within clinician offices across a designated region. Manages a team of Quality Improvement Advisors (QIAs) to ensure the delivery of effective technical assistance (TA), achievement of project goals, and compliance with deliverables. Acts as the primary point of accountability for the performance of their assigned setting and collaborates with state and regional leadership teams to standardize processes, identify opportunities for improvement, address challenges, and ensure the alignment of interventions with organizational and project-wide goals. Responsible for partner engagement strategy across the region, including management of relationships with state, regional and national partners.
