Accountabilities:
- Own the engineering intake process, managing requests from submission through completion.
- Validate technical requests against security, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering leadership to prioritize requests based on mission needs and resource availability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 5 years of experience, or 13 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience managing end-to-end engineering intake processes and maintaining technical documentation.
- Familiarity with software packaging, Group Policy, and enterprise endpoint management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience supporting large-scale federal or enterprise IT environments.
- Relevant certifications such as Security+ or Microsoft Endpoint Administrator.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required public trust clearance.
