Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks related to preparing, formatting, editing, and distributing communication materials across internal and external channels.
- Proofread content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines, and coordinate routine updates by gathering information from stakeholders.
- Support communication schedules, maintain organized files and templates, and respond to routine support requests while escalating issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Possess 2–4 years of experience in communications, content support, marketing, or administrative support roles.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management skills, and proficiency in common office and communication tools.
Work Environment:
- Operate remotely with teams collaborating via video and screen sharing technology, ensuring integration while working from home.
- Work under general supervision to independently complete assigned tasks that support communication initiatives and operational needs.
