About the Role:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of high-impact campaigns focused on engaging, retaining, and converting readers.
  • Manage the full process from audience segmentation and campaign build to QA, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Balance manual production needs with a vision for modernizing workflows through AI and automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of programs that build relationships with readers and drive subscription starts.
  • Implement new opportunities for automation and personalization through journey building and testing.
  • Drive continuous improvement of business and team channel-specific KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience planning, executing, and analyzing marketing automation campaigns.
  • Proven experience in an email/CRM management function and hands-on experience with enterprise-level CRM platforms.
  • Superior project management and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to detail with swift execution.
