Job Description
This role will involve:
- Leading projects and owning Design System and Accessibility initiatives across product teams.
- Work autonomously, take on open-ended platform problems, shaping them into actionable plans and delivering improvements.
- Helping engineers adopt consistent patterns, improve accessibility, and use the design system effectively through pairing, guidance, and structured knowledge sharing across teams.
This role utilizes:
- JavaScript, Typescript, and Node.js to create web components.
- Modern technologies like Angular, React, and Node.js.
- CI/CD culture and running 40 production deployments per engineer per month.
This role involves collaborating with:
- Engineering and design partners to maintain alignment on components, patterns, and standards.
- Design, Product, and Technologists to align specifications, patterns, and standards with broader company goals.
- Frontend engineers and designers to identify gaps in the design system, accessibility workflow, and shared UI infrastructure.
