What You'll Do:
- Own the multi-year security and technology strategy, including prioritization and alignment with business goals.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team across product security, cloud security, AI security, and GRC.
- Manage security operations, incident response, and internal technology operations for a remote-first workforce.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in security, including managing managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Breadth across security domains with hands-on depth in cloud security (AWS), AI security, and GRC.
- Excellent communication and executive presence to translate complex topics into business outcomes.
