Job Description
Offer culturally attuned virtual care in Spanish and English via phone, video call, or chat for full 30 minutes to assess patient needs, diagnose conditions, and provide appropriate clinical guidance or treatment. Collaborate closely with Latin American healthcare providers who serve as health coaches to US patients, as well as an integrated care model with our mental health team. Proactive communication with the patient engagement team to ensure patients attend appointments and receive the care needed. Must maintain average patient satisfaction ratings in line with MiSalud clinical team averages at 95%+ by delivering patient care with exemplary bedside manner and a focus on high-quality, outcome-driven care. Lead with an efficient and adaptable attitude. We are a fast-growing company!
