Software Engineer, Protection Team

What you will be doing:

• Own individual features end-to-end within the dispute automation buildout.
• Extend dispute lifecycle coverage to new PSPs, working from existing patterns.
• Build components of the native rules and signals engine.

What we are looking for:

• Recent experience shipping production-ready software from scoping through rollout.
• Comfortable writing RFCs and making architecture calls independently.
• Solid instincts on testing, observability, and security.

What you should know:

• This team is new enough that you'll help build structure like on-call rotas and tooling.
• Real ambiguity in the early days: you will decide what "good" looks like.
• Your individual output is highly visible in a small team.
