Software Engineer II, Backend - Financial Operations

Which team will you be joining?:

• The Financial Operations team turns finance and treasury into programmable infrastructure.
• Own Reconciliation (matching transactions across PSPs) and Global Accounts (managing funds across currencies).
• Work with real financial data daily — PCI, GDPR, and correctness are core considerations.

What will you be doing?:

• Ship features across Reconciliation and Global Accounts with senior engineer support.
• Build and improve the reports and dashboards merchants use to match and explain payments.
• Contribute to Global Accounts and FX capability, and deploy features to production.

What we're looking for:

• Experience shipping production backend features with growing autonomy.
• Previous experience coding in Python in a modern technical environment.
• Solid grasp of API design and performance, and comfort writing tests and thinking through edge cases.
