You will design, build, and scale backend services and APIs for Flex's core financial infrastructure, including payments, billing, and ledger systems.
You will drive delivery of impactful initiatives from design to rollout, ensuring operational excellence.
You will partner with Product, Finance, Risk, and Engineering to deliver scalable, compliant payment experiences.

What You'll Do:

Build robust systems integrating with external payment processors, banking partners, and card networks.
Design resilient payment, ledger, and reconciliation workflows to ensure financial accuracy.
Operate mission-critical financial services with stringent uptime, security, and compliance.

Who You Are:

5+ years of software engineering experience with Java backend (Spring, Gradle, JUnit, JVM).
Experience with AWS (EKS, Aurora, DynamoDB) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Strong communicator comfortable working in globally distributed teams.
