You will serve as a technical leader and trusted collaborator with cross-functional stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end delivery across multi-component systems and multi-milestone initiatives.
Drive architectural improvements for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Participate in on-call coverage and advocate for software craftsmanship.

Who You Are:

8+ years of backend engineering experience with strong system design and architecture.
3+ years of experience in payments or FinTech space.
Deep expertise in backend technologies like Java, Python, and relational databases.
