Responsibilities:
- Execute and refine patient advocacy strategies to amplify patient and caregiver voices across the organization.
- Cultivate trusted partnerships with advocacy groups, healthcare providers, and key opinion leaders.
- Integrate patient insights into clinical development, regulatory submissions, and commercialization efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MPH, MSW, PharmD, MBA) preferred.
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in patient advocacy, public affairs, or medical affairs in biotech or pharma.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental health conditions and the advocacy landscape.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range of $140,000 - $190,000 per annum.
- Discretionary bonus and equity as part of total compensation.
