eDiscovery Senior Project Manager (Second Shift)

Role Overview:

• Lead complex eDiscovery projects from initial client consultation through final delivery, ensuring alignment with legal requirements, business objectives, and technical specifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing project planning, data processing, deliverables, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple concurrent eDiscovery engagements, balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality and communication.
• Provide advanced technical guidance on Relativity processing, ESI workflows, analytics, and production requirements.
• Mentor and coach team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Substantial experience managing complex eDiscovery projects and independently working within Relativity.
• Strong client relationship management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Availability to work the required second-shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM Central Time.
