VP Controller

The Accounting team at HopSkipDrive ensures the integrity of our financial reporting, supports compliance, and builds the systems and processes that enable scale. We play a key role in driving operational excellence as the business grows and preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements. The position requires CPA designation and a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting with 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 4+ years in a Controller-level role. Proven experience optimizing accounting systems, including ERP platforms is important. Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team for scale.
