Payroll Implementation Specialist

Your role will be to onboard, train and assist customers onto our payroll platform for a SaaS payroll and outsourced payroll service offering. You will assist the sales team by being the SME in the room at latter stages of the sales process or within communication channels. You will suggest and execute process improvements to achieve the team goal of building the best in class payroll offering. Reporting to the Director of Payroll, you will work with colleagues from across the business, including the wider implementation team, solution architects, product engineers, customer success and support as well as the payroll bureau.
