Job Description
As a Pre-sales Solutions Engineer, you will lead technical discovery for strategic opportunities, mapping business goals to measurable technical success criteria and an evaluation plan. You will design, scope, and execute POCs that prove value, defining datasets, metrics, and timelines that land a clear technical win. You will build lightweight prototypes, sample integrations, and demos using Deepgram SDKs and APIs. You will advise on architecture for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost, covering cloud, self-hosted, hybrid, and data residency needs. You will also run security and compliance threads common in APAC, triage and debug issues during evaluations, and create reusable assets that scale. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and executive audiences.
