Key Responsibilities:

Provide software technical leadership across flight software, built-in test, GNC software, and ground systems.
Drive convergence toward a coherent, reusable software architecture across programs.
Lead deep technical reviews, resolve cross-cutting issues, and ensure technical readiness at major milestones.

Communicate clearly and decisively, making sound decisions under uncertainty.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

15+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including senior technical authority roles.
Demonstrated success providing technical direction across a software organization of 50+ engineers.
Experience mentoring senior engineers and developing future technical leaders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
Proven ability to establish and execute an AI strategy across engineering and the broader organization.
