Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 12+ years of relevant experience, including leadership in software engineering organizations.
Deep expertise in software engineering strategy, AI value measurement, and hands-on experience with AI-native development.
Strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
