Duties:
- Define customer requirements and agree on them.
- Learn, articulate, configure, and design solutions for customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Runs customer workshops to enable solution implementation.
- Trains project team and end users on business solutions.
- Creates detailed requirements, design, configuration, test, and cutover documentation.
Knowledge & Skills:
- At least 2 years’ experience in ERP implementations.
- Business Analysis ability to capture and document requirements.
- Good communication and presentational skills to clearly present ideas.
