Key Responsibilities:
- Perform QA/QC reviews of commercial property and facility condition assessments.
- Manage multiple projects, coordinate team members, and maintain client communication.
- Delegate tasks, resolve issues, and ensure final reports and invoices are delivered on time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Architecture or Engineering field.
- 5+ years of experience in building sciences consulting or engineering due diligence.
- Extensive knowledge of ASTM-2018 and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac report formats.
Benefits:
