Job Description
Support customers in Germany in driving forward their digitization projects and increase the visibility and reputation of Qualysoft. The role involves comprehensive customer support in Germany, cross-selling, and up-selling. You will work with Marketing to acquire new customers. You'll give product-presentations to customers (on site), including at C-level. Independently preparing customer-specific offers and presales documents. Conduct contract and price negotiations with customers and coordinate closely with the international departments. Independently carry out sales campaigns on LinkedIn and be the contact person for (potential) customers at trade fairs. Enter customers into an internal CRM and monitor and analyze the market.
