Job Description
Design and build learning experiences for COps, focusing on our app, products, and internal tools through videos, infographics, realistic mock-ups and prototypes in an engaging learning management system. Embed learning through workshops, encouraging group discussions and planned activities. It is important to use Instructional Design Standards and design apps to build experiences that prepare COps for their role while meeting their demands for consistent brand design, functionality and learner experience. You’ll develop your writing skills, learning to create engaging and accessible text copy which acts as the foundations for our independent learning courses and Designing training with accessibility, inclusion and relevance in mind.
