Business Development Analyst

Ruby Labs is looking for an intelligent and motivated Business Development Analyst to drive the expansion of their online PDF editing service. The Analyst will research and identify high-demand forms and templates like tax, legal, administrative, and business documents, country by country. They will also analyze search trends, competitor offerings, and market data to prioritize forms by demand potential. Duties also include sourcing, downloading, and preparing forms for use by converting them into fillable PDFs with tools like Acrobat. The Analyst will then upload prepared forms into CMS or coordinate with product teams. Collaboration with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams is essential to optimize rollout plans and maintain the form library. This role requires 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, strong analytical skills, and experience with PDF tools and content management.
