Job Description
As a Product Manager, Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and specifying product initiatives and partnering with engineering for the full lifecycle of product development—from inception and prioritization, through design, specification, and development, and finally to launch, follow-up, and iteration. You will be the expert on the products we build and will have a deep understanding of the users and how they engage with the systems. You will care deeply about the quality of the products we ship, play a key role in the training and delivery of software to our users, monitor their impact on operations, and embrace accountability. You will have a huge impact on our members and our employees, partnering directly with our Senior Leadership Team.
