Senior ML - GenAI Engineer, Voice & Speech

Role Overview:

• Own development of ML systems for voice and speech, including transcription, ASR, and speech synthesis.
• Work with distributed systems handling terabytes of data and billions of records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product goals into engineering strategies.

Technical Requirements:

• 5+ years in ML/AI with emphasis on NLP, plus strong software engineering background.
• Expertise in LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, evaluation, and multimodal models.
• Hands-on experience with real-time audio and voice tech, and container orchestration like Kubernetes.
