About the Role:

  • Serve as the local expert for your Pillar's test processes and quality standards.
  • Challenge Product Managers and Engineering Leads to consider testability and integration risks.
  • Review and influence Pillar OKRs to identify partnership opportunities where QE tactics drive business objectives.

Drive AI Adoption & Standardization:

  • Champion the use of AI in the testing lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Tools team to adopt AI-based testing solutions.
  • Ensure development teams are accountable for automation maintenance.

What Skills Will Help You Succeed:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Development in Test.
  • Deep expertise in programming languages and automation frameworks.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving perspective, balancing release risk vs. schedule.
