The Loan Officer Assistant is a pivotal role that provides administrative and marketing support to the busy Loan Officer, helps them grow their business, and assists in making the borrowerโ€™s dream of homeownership a reality. Position reports to our downtown Chicago office however work from home opportunities are available for experienced candidates. Manage your Loan Officer's calendar, monitor and manage communication, source and follow up with leads, prepare potential borrowers, send out thank you correspondence, assist with marketing responsibilities, come up with new, creative, unique ideas for marketing campaigns, represent and be the "face" of the Loan Officerโ€™s Team, assist with putting together the Loan Application so the borrower can get their loan closed and purchase their home.
