Security Engineer

Transforming the insurance industry is the goal at Applied, building a team ready to learn and deliver innovative software. As an Application Security Engineer, you will aid the Information Security team and be responsible for assisting in identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities in applications and implementing robust security measures. Responsibilities include supporting application security reviews, threat modeling, code review, and dynamic testing. You'll perform application security vulnerability management, assist in creating security training, and aid in developing automated security testing to validate that secure coding best practices are being used. Document and report on findings assist with the development of project plans and process documentation. The location can be remote or from an Applied Systems office.
