DCIM Manager

Infrastructure Management:

• Provide administration and support for the Sunbird DCIM platform.
• Maintain accurate interconnection documentation and capacity tracking.
• Manage and document fiber connectivity, structured cabling, and cross-connects.

Operational Efficiency:

• Implement automation workflows within Sunbird DCIM and ServiceNow.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track infrastructure health and operational efficiency.
• Drive ongoing integration, deployment, and enhancement of DCIM operations.

Collaboration and Support:

• Partner with IT, facilities, and business teams to deliver reliable interconnection services.
• Develop documentation and provide training for operations staff.
• Support audit activities by maintaining accurate documentation.
