The Work:
- Own the Payouts domain end-to-end, with ACH live today and bigger swings ahead.
- Sweat details, catch edge cases, and hold a high bar for quality.
- Know when to decide independently and when to escalate to your manager.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in product management with a track record of low-iteration execution.
- Comfortable partnering with engineering, operations, and external partners.
- Payments experience is a plus, not required; payroll and tax can be learned.
Travel & Office Policy:
- Roles can be remote, hybrid, or based in New York City or San Francisco.
- All Checketeers gather for an annual 3-day company retreat in the spring.
